Ivan Rand

Ivan Cleveland Rand (April 27, 1884 - January 2, 1969) was a Canadian Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada. Proposed the Rand Formula(1946). Canada's representative on the United Nations Special Committee on Palestine(UNSCOP).(1947)
