It Came From Hollywood, directed by Malcolm Leo and Andrew Solt, is a compilation of clips from many famous and not-so-famous bad movies, including Maniac, Reefer Madness, Glen or Glenda, The Cool and the Crazy, Teenagers from Outer Space, and Plan 9 from Outer Space, with wraparound segments and narration by several famous comedians, including Dan Aykroyd, John Candy, Gilda Radner, and Cheech and Chong.

The film, distributed by Paramount Pictures, became a cult classic, and some call it a precursor to Mystery Science Theater 3000. Paramount had planned to release it on DVD in 2002, but were unable to get clearance rights for all of the film clips, so the DVD release was canceled.
