The term Issue may have one of the following special meanings.

- Issue, a legal term.
- A computer issue, a means of keeping track of tasks.
- In certain cases (involving, for example, inheritance of a peerage), issue refers to the offspring of a certain person; for example, Elizabeth I had no issue, because she never married and had no children.
- An issue can mean a specific publication, such as magazines and comic books, which are used especially as a point of reference.
