Nice room in 3BR/2BA townhouse (treasure island) $650

We are looking for a third roomie in a 3 BR 2 bath Treasure Island home. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, the available room is mid-sized, and there is also a closet already in the room. Full bathroom on the second floor, and a toilet downstairs are shared, as is the kitchen and living room on the first floor. There is a small back yard in the back, so if you like gardening, that's also cool with us. Plenty of free parking around the neighborhood, and public transportation is also quite good, with the 108 muni bus coming and going every 15 minutes 24/7. The nice thing about Treasure Island is that there are no utilities, so all you would be sharing with us is the laundry machine rental fee (abo. $12/mo) and the cable/internet (abo. $35/mo) The deposit is $650, so with the first month's rent, the total would be $1300 due to move in. I am looking to swap my 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath home (on the Big Island) which sits on 1 acre, lush gardens, privacy, gated and paved driveway. What I am looking for is a 2 bedroom home in Marin. I am remodeling my place here in Greenbrae, beginning in November and need a place for myself and my little family-2 adults and 2 indoor cats. Looking to swap for 1-2 months over the holidays. We are 2 professional, working adults, who wish to have some time to work on our place her in Greenbrae, before putting it on the market in January. We have a very nice home in Leilani Estates, which is 20 minutes from the main town of Hilo, 15 minutes from ocean and Lava Flow, 5 minutes from groceries. It is one of the nicest subdivisions on this side of the island. It is beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, Large screened TV, High speed Internet.
