Intraocular pressure

Intraocular pressure is the fluid pressure inside the eye. It may become elevated due to anatomical problems, inflammation of the eye, as a side-effect from medication or due to genetic factors. Elevated intraocular pressure is a significant risk factor for glaucoma.
