International Space University
International Space University was founded in 1987 by Peter Diamandis, Todd Hawley, and Bob Richards.

The permanent campus of the International Space University is located in Strasbourg, France. The ISU was founded on the "three I" philosophy to create an Interdisciplinary, Intercultural and International environment for study and training as a Space professional. To date it has graduated over 2200 students from 87 countries (from a two-month summer programme and a year-long Masters programme). Faculty members include former astronauts & cosmonauts, spacecraft engineers, scientists, managers, scientists and experts in Space Law & policy.

The Chancellor of the International Space University is the Director General of the European Space Agency Jean-Jacques Dordain since 2004, succeeding the University's first Chancellor, Arthur C. Clarke. The President of the International Space University is Michael Simpson since 2004.
