International Dance Council
The International Dance Council (CID, standing for French: Counseil International de la Dance) is an umbrella organization for all forms of dance in the world. It is a non-profit international non-governmental organization founded in 1973 within the UNESCO headquarters. Its headqarters are in Paris. CID advises the UNESCO, national and local government agencies, international organizations and institutions.
