Inside the Walls of Folsom Prison
Inside the Walls of Folsom Prison is a movie released in 1951 starring Steve Cochran and David Brian. It was set in California's Folsom State Prison. It was not considered to be a very noteworthy film except for the fact that country singer Johnny Cash saw this movie while serving in the United States Air Force in West Germany in 1953, and used it as an inspiration for his hit song Folsom Prison Blues.
