The song is 3 minutes and 54 seconds long and features Zakk Wylde playing the piano, guitar and singing. It is the third single of the album Mafia. When played live Wylde usually dedicates the song to his good friend, although it was written before his murder, "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, a famous guitarist of the heavy metal band Pantera. A deranged fan named Nathan Gale jumped on stage and shot Abbott while he was performing with his new band Damageplan. Gale killed 3 more people before he was killed by a police officer. Wylde wrote this a few months before Abbott's death.
