Il turco in Italia (The Turk in Italy) is an opera in two acts by Gioacchino Rossini. The Italian-language libretto was written by Felice Romani, based on Caterino Mazzolà?s Il turco in Italia. It was first performed in La Scala, Milan on August 14, 1814.
