Igor Cassina


 
 

Igor Cassina (born 15 August 1977) is a gymnast from Seregno, Milan, Italy. He won gold in the men's horizontal bar at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

Igor Cassina had already entered the history of gymnastic before winning the Olympic gold. He was the first ever to perform a giant Kovacs straight with 1/1 turn, which the International Gymnastic Federation decided to name Cassina after him as from 2002.
