Huyton

Huyton is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley, Merseyside, England. It is to the east of Liverpool along the M62 motorway, and is just to the west of the M57 motorway that marks the edge of the town.

Huyton recently had a new Asda Walmart complex built in the main village centre, one of the largest in Europe. It also has an Air Training Corps, 1982 (Huyton) Squadron.

The 28 July 2005 racist murder of Anthony Walker brought the town to notoriety.
