Hut Records
Hut Records is a record label which was started in 1990 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Virgin Records. The label was intended as a boutique label with a select roster. Hut expanded by licensing The Smashing Pumpkins from Caroline Records.

Hut Records was discontinued by Virgin Records mid 2004 due to it going bankrupt, 20% of its artists were dropped, the other 80% were moved to Virgin Records' main label.
