Hugo Winterhalter (August, 1909 - September 17, 1973) was a popular American musician.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and studied at the New England Conservatory of Music. He subsequently became an arranger, occasional band musician and conductor, working with the likes of Count Basie. He had many hit records under his own name between the 1940s and 1960s, and was the top arranger for the RCA Victor record company, arranging for Perry Como, Eddie Fisher and others. He done good music.
