Hugo, Oklahoma

Hugo is a city located in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 5,536. It is the birthplace of Bill Moyers, and serves as winter quarters for some circus performers. It is the county seat of Choctaw County{{GR|6}}.
