Hu Qili

Hu Qili ({{zh-sp|s=胡启立|p=Hú Qǐlì}}) was born in Shaanxi Province, China, in October of 1929.

Following the Second World War in 1948 at the age of 19, Qili joined the Communist Party of China (CPC), and was a student at the University of Beijing from 1946-1951. While enrolled, Hu served as president of All-China Students' Federation, and graduated as a Minister of Electronics Industry.
