Hsinchu ({{zh-cp|c=??|p=Xīnzhú}}; POJ: Sin-tek) is a large city in northern Taiwan. Hsinchu City (新竹市) is a municipality of Taiwan. It is bordered by Hsinchu County to the north and east, Miaoli County to the south, and the Taiwan Strait to the west. Hsinchu Science Park is in the eastern part of Hsinchu City, as well as part of Hsinchu County.
