Houston Museum District
The Houston Museum District is an area of Houston, Texas.

The Museum District is named as it houses most of the city's museums. The district is centered around the pink-colored Wyndham-Warwick Hotel and the adjacent Mecom Fountain. The Museum District also houses Rice University, the Clayton Library Center for Genealogical Research and Hermann Park which includes the Houston Zoo and the Miller Outdoor Theatre. The Museum District is also near the University of Saint Thomas.

The area is served by two light rail stations on the Red Line of the METRORail light rail system. One of the stations is used for northbound traffic and one is used for southbound traffic.
