Two stone indoor fireplaces (one living room, one master bedroom) The house can comfortably sleep up to four people (in 2 beds) We will need the subletter (s) to feed our fish, (it's easy) and our cat! (also easy) He is pretty much independent, can be left alone for up to four days, but will certainly cuddle up with you at night so a cat lover is a must! He's a low-allergenic cat -- one of us is allergic to almost all cats but never has reacted to him. That’s it! Our friends call it the Hobbit Castle. It is cozy, earthy and comfortable.
