HKS, Inc. is an international architecture firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It was founded in 1939 by Harwood K. Smith, a native of Chicago and graduate of Texas A&M University.

The firm now employs over 800 people, making it one of the largest architectural firms in the United States. Offices have been opened in Atlanta, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Orlando, Richmond, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Tampa and Washington, D.C..
