Historic Elmwood Cemetery
Historic Elmwood Cemetery, founded in 1852 is the oldest active cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee. More than 70,000 individuals are buried there, including mayors of Memphis, Governors of Tennessee, United States Senators, and many other historic figures and public officials.
