Herlev

Herlev is a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Copenhagen County on the island of Zealand (Sj?lland) in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 12 km?, and has a total population of 27,166 (2005). Its mayor is Kjeld Hansen, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party.
