Heretic II

Heretic II is a fantasy third-person shooter game developed by Raven Software and published by Activision in 1998, continuing the story of Corvus, the main character from the prequel Heretic.

Using a modified Quake II engine, the game features a mix of the third-person camera angle with the first-person shooters action, making up for a new gaming experience at the time. Its prequel was also famous within the genre, despite the differences in both gameplay and story. Heretic II was later ported to Linux by Loki Software.
