Henderson, Texas
Henderson is a city located in Rusk County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 11,273. It is the county seat of Rusk County{{GR|6}}. Henderson is named for James Pinckney Henderson, the first governor of the state of Texas.
