Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (film)

The film of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets was released on November 3, 2002. The screenplay was written by Steve Kloves, adapted from the novel by J. K. Rowling. The film was directed by Chris Columbus and was made at Leavesden Film Studios. On 14 January 2003, it won the award for "Best Live Action Family Film" in the Phoenix Film Critics Awards.

• This film is, so far, the most faithful to the book. Considering the length of the latter books, it's likely to remain so.
