Harlem Party
Harlem Party is a novel written by Melvin Van Peebles. It later became the basis for the stage musical Don't Play Us Cheap, which was nominated for two Tony Awards, and later made into a film in 1973. The story centers on a pair of the devil's minions crashing a boisterous Harlem house party.
