Hans von Bülow
Hans Guido Freiherr von Bülow (en: Baron Hans Guido von Bülow), (January 8, 1830–February 12, 1894) was a 19th Century virtuoso pianist, conductor and composer. He was born in Dresden, Saxony. He was a student of both Friedrich Wieck (the father of Clara Schumann) and, later, Franz Liszt. Hans von Bülow married Liszt's daughter, Cosima, who later divorced von Bülow and married Richard Wagner. Bülow, however, remained a disciple of Wagner's, conducting the premieres of several Wagner operas.
