Hank Von Helvete
Hans Erik Husby aka Hank Von Helvete, (born June 16, 1972) is the lead vocalist of Norwegian death-punk band Turbonegro. Husby's band is most well-known for their tongue-in-cheek humor dealing with homosexual aesthetics and punk rock antics, and the formation of a genre they label "death punk". The band formed in the early 1990's and put out a few records before disbanding in 1998 after Husby's mental breakdown while on tour in Italy due partly to heroin addiction. The band reformed in 2002 after his successful rehabilitation. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
