Grand Slam Champion

Grand Slam Champion, or Grand Slam Champions are names usually given to a person or team who has won every title or tournament.

The title is usually used to describe a wrestler who has won the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship, the WWE Intercontinental Championship, the WWE European Championship and either the WWE Tag Team Championship or the World Tag Team Championship.

Despite the creation of the Hardcore and Cruiserweight titles later on, these have never been included in the Grand Slam. In addition, earlier titles such as the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship are not included.

Now that the WWE European Championship has been discontinued, it is unlikely there will be any more Grand Slam Champions. It is sometimes argued that the WWE United States Championship, now on SmackDown!, should be included in the Grand Slam. If this was the case then Ric Flair and Chris Benoit would also have been Grand Slam Champions.
