Government of Singapore
The Government of Singapore is formed by the political party which gains a 50% majority in the general elections held in Singapore at least once every four years. It is part of Singapore's political system and supported by the Singapore Civil Service. It has been consistently rated by Transparency International as one of the most politically transparent and least corrupt governments in the world http://www.transparency.org/surveys/index.html, but is also often being criticised for excessive interference in social issues.
