~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Born in Schorndorf, he served an apprenticeship as a gunsmith and spent a period abroad studying mechanical engineering before attending technical college in Stuttgart. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Daimler developed in Bad Cannstatt - a city district of Stuttgart (Germany)- the world's first motorbike in 1885, and world's first four-wheeled automobile in 1886. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
