Goth
:This article is about the contemporary goth/gothic subculture. For the Germanic tribes of the same name, see the Goths.
Misconception in Religion
Beginning in the media the term "goth", leads to images of Satanic worship, death and other morbid depictions that are generally untrue about the subculture. Most goths believe in open-mindedness, diversity, and the clarity of thought that gives rise to truthfulness. Some do believe in mystical branches of religion and others believe in paganism. Overall, there are people of every religion in the goth subculture. Another misconception is that the goth subculture as a whole is a religion.
