Glenn Cunningham (September 16, 1943 - May 25, 2004) was the first African-American mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey, the state's second-largest city. Cunningham also served as a state senator. After Cunningham died, Jerramiah Healy became the mayor of Jersey City.

Before his election as mayor, Cunningham, a former Marine and member of the Jersey City Police Department for 25 years, had been tapped by President Bill Clinton to serve as head of New Jersey's United States Marshals Office.
