Gilbert Biberian
Gilbert Biberian (born 1944) is a British guitarist and composer of Greek and Armenian descent.

Biberian was born in Istanbul, but moved to the UK to study at Trinity College of Music. He has studied with, among others, Alexandre Lagoya, Ida Presti (guitar), and Elisabeth Lutyens (composition).

Biberian's music for his own instrument, the guitar, includes a Greek Suite (1965), Monogram (1977), Colombine (1978), Six Haiku (1980), 24 Preludes (1983), Anagram (1989) and five sonatas (1967, 1975, 1977, 1986, 1994). He has also written much music for guitar duo, trio, and ensemble, and for other combinations of instruments.
