George Miller (born March 3, 1945) is an Australian film and television screenwriter, film director and producer.

As of February 2005, he is in Sydney, Australia directing the computer-animated film Happy Feet, a musical epic about the life of penguins in Antarctica. The Warner Brothers-produced film is due for release in mid-2006 and is expected to be Australia's largest ever animated film project, with a crew of over 300 artists and technicians.
