George Carteret, 1st Baron Carteret
George Carteret, 1st Baron Carteret (1667 - 1695), was son of Sir Philip Carteret (d.1672) and grandson of Sir George Carteret. He married Lady Grace Granville (created Countess Granville in 1715), and by her was the father of John Carteret, 2nd Earl Granville.
