Gait
- A gait is a particular way or manner of moving on foot: walking and running are the two basic human gaits; see also gait analysis and gait (human).
- A horses's gait is any of the ways, such as a canter, trot, or walk, by which a horse can move by lifting the feet in different order or rhythm.
- GAIT stands for GSM-ANSI Interoperability Team, which developed a standard (also known as GAIT) to allow cross-operation of wireless telephone technologies.
