The corporate motto is currently 'Media with passion'. Its previous motto was 'Your guarantee of value'.

To coincide with the launch of the TV series, Gamesmaster Magazine was launched in the early 90s, and still exists today, despite the long departure of the series.

In 2004, Future Publishing bought two UK computer magazines - Computer and Video Games magazine and PC Zone - from Dennis Publishing Ltd. for £2.5m. They did not make any changes to PC Zone, but they suspended Computer and Video Games magazine in its current form due to low sales, continuing the name for its website only.

In 2004 Future Publishing also launched into the kids market with new licenced magazines. First came JETIX Magazine, the official mag of the JETIX TV channel and then Official Duel Masters Magazine based on the popular trading card game.

Future Publishing's humble roots began with the publication of Amstrad Action in 1985, from which it grew to become one of the largest publishing houses in the UK. It now employs more than 1,450 people worldwide.
