Fulbert Youlou
Abbé Fulbert Youlou (1917 - 1972) was a Brazzaville-Congolese political figure. He served as Prime Minister of Congo between 1958 and 1960. He served as the first President of Congo, from 1960 until 1963, when he was deposed.
