The Frankfurt Stock Exchange (German: FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) is a stock exchange located in Frankfurt, Germany and is owned and operated by Deutsche Börse Group.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the largest of eight German exchanges, and one of the biggest market places in the world. It has 90 percent of turnover in German shares. It offers floor trading, as well as electronic trading on the Xetra trading system. Through Xetra, the German stock market was opened to foreign investors and market participants. Almost 140 of around 300 market participants in Frankfurt come from abroad.
