Frank Fitzsimmons
Frank Fitzsimmons (August 7, 1907 ? May 6, 1981), was President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters until his death from cancer in 1981.

Fitzsimmons was vice president of the Teamsters when he was appointed as a caretaker president after Jimmy Hoffa surrendered himself to serve a sentence on a federal conviction. Hoffa was later pardoned by Richard Nixon. As a condition of the pardon, Hoffa was barred from union office for a period of ten years. Fitzsimmons was then elected Teamsters president.

Fitzsimmons resisted Hoffa's attempts to regain power. Hoffa disappeared and while Fitzsimmons was suspected in the disappearance, he was never charged.
