Frank Costello
Francesco Castiglia (January 21, 1891 - February 18, 1973), known as Frank "Prime Minister" Costello, was a Prohibition gangster and eventual leader of the Genovese crime family.
Footnote
The character of Vito Corleone in The Godfather is supposedly based on Frank Costello and featured similar mannerisms (including a raspy voice) and heavy political connections as well as many events from his life.
