Frank Catalanotto
Frank John Catalanotto (born April 27,1974 in Smithtown, New York) is a Major League Baseball player for the Toronto Blue Jays. Catalanotto began his career in 1997 with the Detroit Tigers, primarily as a second baseman. He was traded in a multi player deal to the Texas Rangers following the 1999 season for Juan Gonzalez. Catalanotto signed with the Blue Jays as a free agent after the 2002 season. In recent years, he has been used more often as an outfielder or designated hitter.
