Francis Willoughby, 5th Baron Willoughby of Parham
Francis Willoughby (1605-1666) was a British baron - the 5th Lord Willoughby of Parham. He was an early supporter of the Parliamentarian cause during the English Civil War but later became a Royalist. He twice served as Governor of English colonies in the Caribbean.
