Francis Macdonald

Francis MacDonald is a Scottish musician, who played the drums on the early years of the band Teenage Fanclub, and also played with the BMX Bandits. MacDonald recorded a solo album called 'SauchieHall & Hope' using the "alter ego" Nice Man. This is said to be a very good record, with very simple, yet great pop songs, all of which tell the story of a relationhip. It is kind of a "theme" record, hence the subtitle "a pop opera"
