Frameup
A frameup refers to the act of "framing" someone, that is, providing false evidence in order to prove someone guilty of a crime. Usually the person who is framing someone else is the actual perpetrator of the crime. Some criminals themselves will prove they were framed and try to systematically disprove evidence (or just blatantly claim something without any evidence) in order to avert punishment. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
