Fenton Meeks (Matthew McConaughey) shows up at the police station to inform the detective (Powers Boothe) that his brother Adam is the notorious ?God's Hands? serial killer. As the detective probes for more information a shocking story unfolds of the disturbing childhood of the two brothers and their strange relationship with their father.
