Fourth World may mean:

• Fourth World, a term most commonly used to collectively describe notably marginalised or oppressed groups, in particular indigenous peoples, living in Third or First World countries. It is also sometimes used to denote the world's poorest countries, also called least developed countries.

• Jack Kirby's Fourth World, a mythology-themed superhero comic book series created by Jack Kirby in the early 1970s
• The Fourth World (album), the debut album of the band Kara's Flowers
