Fort Severn ({{coor dms|56|00|37|N|87|35|09|W|}}) First Nation is located on the Hudson Bay and is the most northerly community in Ontario, Canada.

As of 2001, the population is 401 consisting of 90 families in an area of 40 square kilometres. The legal name of the reserve is Fort Severn 89 as most Indian reserves in Canada have a number after the name.
