Fonovisa


 
 

Fonovisa is one of the Spanish language record labels. Although based in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Fonovisa mainly produces Mexican music. It is well known for its signing of Enrique Iglesias.

In late 2001, Fonovisa was acquired by the new label company from Univision Music Group. Fonovisa, is now under Univision Music Group, along with Univision Records and the 50% of Disa Records. The other 50% is still under the Chavez Family in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Its headquarters are now in Woodland Hills, CA.
